Big Boys War Toys is a division of F.M.T.Y., Inc., and is based in Seminole, Florida. F.M.T.Y., Inc. was created for the purpose of developing specific web sites, dedicated to the merchandising of action figures and toy soldiers. The first site, Big Boys War Toys, specializes in military action figures and toy soldiers. In addition, we hope to develop future sites, including Big Boys Fantasy and Monster Toys and Big Boys Movie and TV Toys.

The founder and President of F.M.T.Y., Inc., Jim Wilson, has over thirty years experience in public accounting and business management. During this time, he has also been an avid collector of toys, action figures, toy soldiers and Marx playsets. This combination of business experience and dedication to the pure joy of toys and toy collecting is what sets F.M.T.Y., Inc. and especially Big Boys War Toys, apart from other companies.

One note about the toys that we sell: many of them contain small parts and are not recommended for children under the age of 8. If you have any doubts or questions regarding whether your purchase would be age appropriate, please contact us for further information.

1. Our site includes a shopping cart to make your buying experience as easy as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express through our secure server. Any sensitive information that you provide, such as your credit card number, is encrypted and protected with the best software available - SSL. If you prefer, you can print out your order form and fax it to us at 727-398-1587. Please include your credit card information. Please note that the charge on your credit card statement will appear as F.M.T.Y., Inc., the parent company of Big Boys War Toys.

2. Personal checks and money orders are also acceptable terms of payment. Simply print out the order form and mail it, along with your check or money order (made payable to F.M.T.Y., Inc.) to:

We use only the highest grade materials available when packing your order. Sturdy boxes, bubble wrap and quality filler materials are used to ensure that your package arrives at your door the same way it left our door. Now, we know you might be interested in the latest Florida election scandal, but you will not find any old newspapers stuffed in your package. We use UPS, Priority Mail, or Fed Ex Ground for our deliveries. Quite frankly, we will use the carrier that is most beneficial to us as the seller and to you as the buyer.

So, what does all of this cost? As we have stated before, it is our mission to make your buying experience as simple and easy as possible. We charge a flat rate of $4.95 on your shipping and handling. However, if your shipping address is within the State of Florida, the law requires us to add 7% sales tax (we have to pay for those new voting machines somehow!). Please note that at the present time, we are only shipping within the continental United Sates. We are in the process of arranging for international shipping and hope to provide that service in the near future.

The customer is number one. The customer is always right. These are phrases that we have all seen or heard at one time or another and phrases that we are certainly not going to disagree with. However, saying it and then backing it up are sometimes worlds apart. Our pledge and guarantee to you, our customer, is that your shopping experience with us will be as comfortable as that old, battered and torn sweatshirt that you just can't seem to live without. We can write about our exceptional service all day long, but the only way for you to experience it is to give us a try. Having said all this, we know that from time-to-time, a problem may arise. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to correct the problem to your satisfaction. We have a no questions asked return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in the same condition as you received it, for a full refund. We will even give you a credit for the return postage that you can apply to your next purchase.
